What Kind Of Worker I Am

I bring a wide range of practical skills and hands-on experience. I have strong customer service experience that has taught me how to communicate well, stay professional, and create a welcoming atmosphere. I don't believe in giving half effort. I ask questions when needed, take initiative when appropriate, and follow through on responsibilities. when someone trusts me with a task, I take that seriously and aim to exceed expectations. I'm not only reliable on easy days. I believe character shows most on hard days, slow days, and days that require more hands on care.

My Skills

I am adaptable, a quick learner and the ability to create positive environment. My strengths include being detail-oriented, fast-paced, people-focused, creative, and organized. I'm good at reading what a situation needs, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting my energy to match the job at hand.

My Attitude

In busy or stressful environments, I stay calm, positive, and solution-focused. I make it known to the people around me that I'm always willing to help wherever needed, and I do my best to keep morale high with a steady attitude and a smile.

What My Coworkers Say

People often compliment me on how quickly I learn, how adaptable I am, and how naturally I support others. I enjoy helping train coworkers in a positive and respectful way, and I believe people learn best when they feel encouraged rather than talked down to.

My History

Volunteer Work

Giving back has been part of my life from a young age. I began volunteering at the food bank when I was 10, which taught me the importance of community and helping where you can. Later, I coached soccer, where I learned leadership, patience, and how to encourage others. I also spent time meeting weekly with a group of unhoused individuals, where I taught sign language and built meaningful connections through communication and consistency.

 What I've Done

My work experience has allowed me to grow in many different environments and develop a versatile skill set. I have worked as a server and cook, where I learned teamwork, time management, and how to stay calm in fast-paced settings. As a respite worker, I supported youth through activities like swimming, reading, and speech development, which strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to adapt to individual needs. I also worked on a passenger train, where I gained experience in customer service, responsibility, and creating positive experiences for people on the move.
